Approximate location data may be sent to our maps provider (Google Maps) to render the map. You can grant, limit, or revoke location access at any time in your device settings; without this permission, location-based features may not work.

2. Platform Description

Postaifun is a platform where users:

Select promotional products offered by partner stores
Complete required actions (e.g., social media posts with hashtags and/or mentions)
Receive approval through automated verification
Become eligible to collect the product

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Use real social media accounts
Comply with promotion rules
Publish required hashtags and/or mentions correctly
Not engage in fraud, spam, or manipulation

4. Promotion Rules

To qualify for a product:

The user must publish a post with:
#postaifun
Store-specific mention (@store)
Preferable public post
Approval is subject to automated validation

Postaifun reserves the right to approve or reject participation at its sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Responsibility

Postaifun does not:

Manufacture, store, or deliver products
Guarantee product quality, availability, or accuracy
Mediate disputes between users and partner stores

All responsibility for products lies solely with the offering store.

6. No Liability for Third Parties

We are not responsible for:

False or misleading offers from stores
Fake or fraudulent user accounts
Any damages arising from interactions between users and stores

7. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts
Reject participation

8. User-Generated Content & Community Standards

Postaifun may allow users to submit content such as ratings, reviews, comments, display names, and profile images ("User Content").

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using Postaifun, you agree not to submit User Content that is offensive, illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive, and not to harass or abuse other users or partner stores.

We reserve the right to review reported content and to remove any User Content, and to suspend or terminate any account that violates these standards, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

To report objectionable content or an abusive user, contact us at support@postaifun.com. We aim to review reports and take appropriate action within 24 hours.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software are owned by Postaifun LTDA and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Postaifun shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Losses related to promotions or products
Platform interruptions
